Things I've noticed:
The color correction is probably due to legal reasons (Marlboro Livery). But the kid is painting the car red, just a reference. Commenters are hyping about the livery, but I doubt they'll revive the Marlboro Livery. It'd be ruled out, as Williams even had to remove the red from the Martini Livery in Abu Dhabi. I imagine that since tobacco ads aren't allowed in F1 anymore they wouldn't be able to make this reference.
That kid's character is Jenson Button. I mean... a kid in the late 80's drawing "JB" and watching F1...
What this front wing he's drawing? This kid has some skills!

That's a technical drawing judging by the line weights. An engineer drew that, the kid just colored it in

I was joking. It's quite obviously not little Button's drawing.
But still... that's a modern wing. Not a MP4/4, but more like the MP4/28. Who knows, even a teaser for the new one (since they're having a penectomy this year).

There is precedent for re-using colours associated with a tobacco sponsorship (Lotus), so I wouldn't rule out white & red based on that alone. Alcohol sponsorship in places like the UAE is a whole different ball of wax.
And that kid's room is nicely stocked! I had, knew someone who had, or wanted most of those toys. The exception being the JVC camcorder (the same one as seen in BTTF, by the way). What spoiled brat had his very own camcorder?
